Description

Kettlebell set for serious functional training

The Powder Coated Kettlebell Set Pro is for anyone who actually trains kettlebells through – in a Box, in personal training, or in a fully built home gym. 16 kettlebells, eight weights (4, 8, 12, 16, 20, 24, 28, 32 kg) in pairs. That covers the full spectrum: Turkish get-ups while learning technique with 4 kg, double swings with 16 kg, farmer carries with 32 kg, partner training, group WODs with mixed weights. The 4 kg jumps are practical: big enough for noticeable progression, small enough that you don't skip steps in your plan. Anyone running kettlebells daily – coaches, Box owners, athletic trainers – ends up faster, cleaner and more budget-efficient with a complete set than with individual purchases.

Powder coating and single-cast iron

Powder-coated cast iron is the standard in functional fitness for good reason. The matte black coating gives you a grippy, slightly rough handle that holds with sweat, chalk and high-rep workouts. Unlike rubberized kettlebells, the surface accepts chalk and feels natural on snatches and cleans. The bells are cast in a single piece – no welds, no visible weak points, no break lines. We've had the same powder-coated bells in our Box for years in daily use and they look practically like day one. What you get: a kettlebell set built to outlast a generation in an athletic studio.

Powder coated kettlebells are the standard in functional fitness, CrossFit and athletic training. They grip well, last practically forever, and are fairly priced. Competition kettlebells only pay off if you compete in Kettlebell Sport (GS) – uniform sizing is mandatory there. Vinyl kettlebells fit occasional home use.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is every weight included twice in the set?
Because serious kettlebell training is often bilateral. Double swings, double cleans, double front rack carries, farmer walks – you need two equally heavy bells. It also covers partner training or group WODs with multiple athletes at once.
Is the 4 to 32 kg range enough?
For most athletes and Box setups, yes. The 4 kg are ideal for mobility work, Turkish get-ups while learning technique, light hold drills. The 32 kg challenges even experienced athletes on swings, cleans, goblet squats or farmer carries. For specialty work (bottoms-up press above 32 kg, very heavy get-ups), supplementary equipment helps.
How do I care for powder coated kettlebells?
Very little effort. Brush off chalk after training or wipe with a dry cloth. If needed, use a damp cloth, then dry well. The coating is robust and needs no special maintenance or sealant.
Do the kettlebells fit a standard kettlebell rack?
Yes, the dimensions follow industry norms and fit common kettlebell racks. Note that ball diameters scale with weight – the 32 kg is noticeably larger than the 4 kg. Plan rack space for the heavy bells accordingly.
Are the grip diameters the same across all weights?
No. The grip diameter scales with weight – from 2.7 cm on the 4 kg to 3.8 cm on the 32 kg. That follows the classic kettlebell standard and feels proportionally right. In Kettlebell Sport competition, by contrast, every bell uses a 33 mm grip regardless of weight – that's the main difference to Competition bells.
Can I order individual kettlebells later?
Yes. All weights in this set are also available individually. If you want to extend the set later (e.g. add 36 kg or extra 16 kg), no problem.
Why "Pro" in the name versus a basic set?
"Pro" refers to the full weight range up to 32 kg and the paired system. The Powder Coated Kettlebell Set Basic covers a smaller range and doesn't include the heavy bells (28, 32 kg). For serious training or Box use we recommend the Pro set.

Customer reviews

Kettlebells are, for me, the most versatile tool in functional training. With this complete set you cover everything – beginners, advanced athletes, partner and group training. We've had the same powder coated bells in our Box for years and they hold up. If you take kettlebell training seriously and don't want to buy individual bells: the Pro set is the direct route.
