An end to slinging the rope over the rig beam
You know how it goes: the battle rope lies on the floor and for your set you throw it over the rig beam or loop it round an upright. On the first wave it slides sideways, on the second it chafes over the edge – and the anchor point is never where you actually need it. Between two sets you are re-laying the rope instead of working.
That is precisely what the Rope Ring takes care of. You bolt it to the rig, run the rope around the arc – and the point stays where it is. The arc is round, so the rope runs over a curve instead of over a beam edge. And because you decide where on the rig it goes when you mount it, the anchor sits at the height that suits your waves and slams.
Steel, an arc, two holes – that is all it is
The Rope Ring is a simple part, and that is the point. A flat plate of powder-coated steel with a welded-on arc – no joint, no wear part, nothing that could work loose or shift. Once it is bolted on, you never touch it again. It goes on our rigs and racks and belongs to the A-Line in the range.
One word on what this is not, because the name can mislead: this is not a gymnastic ring. "Ring" here means the shape of the arc, not the piece of equipment. The Rope Ring is an anchor for ropes that work on the floor – not for rings, straps or anything else you hang from. We have our own parts for that, and you will find them right below in the comparison.

If you want to get a rope onto your rig, the Rope Ring is the part. If it is about rings or straps that you clip in, take the Gym Ring Fixed. Both sit on the same rig but do two different jobs – order the wrong one and you have the wrong part in the box.

Customer reviews
For years the battle rope was the thing that always lay around somewhere at our place. Thrown over the beam, looped round the upright, slipped again after three sets. Since the Rope Ring went on the rig, that is settled – rope around the arc, work, done. A part with no moving pieces: nothing works loose, nothing shifts. Just one thing: it is not a gymnastic ring. The name confuses people, but anyone wanting to hang rings from it is reaching for the wrong part.
