In the heart of the Engadine, overlooking the mountains around the Swiss National Park, we set up a training center for the Meisser Resort in Guarda – 200 m² that put health and fitness at the center of your stay.

The gym is free for guests around the clock. Only during the yoga and fitness retreats does the space belong exclusively to participants – a concept that combines training and recovery.
