The bench has a surface area of 120 x 25 cm – enough space for larger athletes without restricting your range of motion. The seat height of 47 cm fits most racks and squat stands.
Robust frame, solid padding
The steel frame is built for continuous use – no moving parts, no mechanics that can wear out. The 49 cm wide feet provide tip-proof stability, even with heavy dumbbells. The padding is functional and comfortable, but not high-end padding. With very intensive use in high-traffic boxes, the cover may show wear earlier. The frame itself handles it easily – for years.
