Nadine and Dominik come from elite cycling – she with European Championship medals in artistic cycling, he with 2012 World Championship gold in cycle ball. CrossFit was first their counterbalance, then their new competitive sport – and in 2020, their own box in Altstätten. The name gives away the two behind it: Nin and Nik, blended into Ninnik.

Ninnik thinks about health holistically: training, nutrition and recovery interlock – massage and nutrition coaching come from their own team, for every age and every level. «We want to give our members the best training experience» – that was the ambition the team came to us with.

Across 300 m², the equipment for it is in place today: robust, well thought out and ready for daily class operations – from the early morning classes to CrossFit Kids and the Minis in the afternoon. Nadine and Dominik pass on the competitive spirit of their past: with the Clash of the Bulls, the box hosts its own CrossFit competition.
