Loadable Olympic dumbbell 6kg

Along with barbells, dumbbells are the backbone of many CrossFit and strength workouts. The Olympic dumbbell is the little sister of the Olympic barbell and offers the same unique training benefits.

Especially in professional gyms and CrossFit centers, Olympic dumbbells are the tool of choice for intensive workouts due to their flexibility and durability. But our Olympic dumbbells also demonstrate their strengths in demanding home gyms.

At 6 kg, the solid steel Olympic dumbbell already packs a substantial punch. This makes it suitable for many shoulder isolation exercises even without weight plates.

A loadable Olympic dumbbell can be loaded with anything you want. Whether it's matching 2.5 kg plates for isolation exercises or 10 kg plates for dumbbell band exercises—it doesn't matter with an Olympic dumbbell.

The barbell features two 50 mm diameter weight plates. This allows it to accommodate all weight plates with a 50 or 51 mm hole.

For the Olympic dumbbell, we particularly recommend the iron plates and the urethane plates because the diameter of these plates is smaller.

Aluminum Technique Bar 3kg

Anyone who wants to introduce their children to safe and effective Olympic weightlifting and its techniques will be familiar with the problem that their children do not want to train with a broomstick.

The special features make the aluminum technique bar not only an alternative for adults, but also a fully-fledged training tool for children. This way, kids can train like adults and learn proper training technique.

Axle Bar short 4.6kg

The true secret of our short axle bar lies beneath the surface. The seemingly innocent black powder coating is actually quite a mystery. It's a high-tech ceramic coating, also used in the firearms industry, and is characterized by some outstanding material properties.

The Cerakote coating not only makes the Axle Bar extremely scratch and abrasion-resistant, but also offers exceptional hardness, high corrosion protection, and resistance to chemicals, cleaning agents, and sweat. This ensures long-lasting durability in home gyms, CrossFit gyms, and professional fitness studios.

The special feature of the axle bar is its large grip diameter, which prevents the hand from completely closing the bar during training. Because more pressure is required to hold the bar, the focus of training with this device is on building grip strength. Just like a classic Olympic barbell, the short axle bar is basically suitable for all exercises that can also be performed with a barbell. From shrugs to rowing movements and deadlifts, it caters to all your needs.

Fat Bar 17.6kg

The Fat Bar's major difference from other barbells is immediately apparent. With an inner diameter of 50 mm, the bar is significantly thicker than a standard barbell, making it significantly more challenging to handle.

Our Fat Bar also boasts a textured handlebar with grip markings, ensuring optimal grip even during heavy lifts in the strongman sector. Thanks to the 50 mm mounts, each with a mount length of 39 cm, the bar offers plenty of room for record attempts. All weight plates with a standard Olympic-compliant bore of 50 or 51 mm are compatible.

Important note: Unlike standard Olympic barbells, a Fat Bar doesn't have swivel weight mounts. Therefore, the weight plates can't rotate freely during training.

Mini Barbell 2kg

The Cross Equip Mini Barbell is no ordinary barbell, but a truly custom-made piece. Thanks to its combination of almost familiar dimensions and lightweight performance, the Mini Barbell is ideal for kids' first steps in CrossFit, comprehensive technique workouts, or training sessions with less able-bodied individuals.

Multi Grip Bar 20kg

Who wouldn't want to simply change their grip position mid-workout to relieve that annoying shoulder ache or target the target muscles from a different angle? Designed for versatile upper body and shoulder training, the Multi Grip Bar allows for just that. Its special shape allows for multiple grip widths and angles, allowing for a wide range of exercises with pronated, supinated, and neutral forearms.

The angle and distance of our wrists determine the focus of the load during training. With the Multi Grip Bar, you can perform presses with varying widths using a neutral grip, which is beneficial for the shoulders in many ways. The neutral grip relieves pressure on the shoulders, while focusing the load on the chest, for example, in bench presses. Thanks to the varied grip widths, the focus of the load during the same exercise can be placed on the chest, shoulders, or triceps.

But the Multigrip Bar is also perfect for ergonomic curl movements and gentle triceps training. And best of all: The special barbell rotates 180 degrees, allowing the angled handles to be used at both 60-degree and 120-degree angles. Whether you're looking for bicep curls with a pronated grip to focus on the brachialis or French presses that are gentle on your wrists and elbows, this bar leaves nothing to be desired.

Safety Squat Bar

Maximum squat progression, targeted technique work, and a more ergonomic workout with intensive growth stimuli. These are the benefits promised by a high-quality safety squat bar. Even though this special bar is unfortunately still a marginal phenomenon, the advantages are obvious. This makes it an indispensable piece of equipment for building strength, technique, and muscle mass in CrossFit gyms, strongman training centers, and professional fitness studios.

SZ Curl Bar 8.7kg

Whether for bicep training, the neck or the legs, the SZ Curl Bar is a true all-rounder that no fitness arsenal should be without.

The first thing you'll notice at first glance is the curved shape of the SZ Curl Bar. The distinctive SZ shape of the bar, featuring a 28 mm handle diameter, follows anatomical principles and is optimally designed for ergonomic training.
The bend is at an ideal angle to ensure a natural position for the wrists at all times during a workout. Because the wrists aren't forced into an unnatural position, using the bar reduces the risk of tendonitis and painful forearm strain.

But that's not all, because the natural positioning of the wrists and the optimal interaction of the muscles involved allow you to move more weight with the SZ barbell.

Trap Bar 20kg

The special feature of the trap bar is its generous hexagonal shape, with the athlete positioned within the hexagon. The plates are positioned to the left and right sides of the body as usual. Unlike a traditional barbell, the special shape shifts the axial load distribution.

While the center of gravity of a traditional barbell is either in front of or behind the spine, depending on the exercise, it's in the center of gravity when training with a trap bar. This offers several advantages:

  • More even load on the spine, muscles and joints
  • Setting new, unusual training stimuli for more strength and muscle growth
  • Trap bars can be used flexibly for different exercises
  • Additional stability ensures safer execution of many exercises

Olympic Training Bar 7kg

Our Olympic training bar is ideal for beginners due to its lighter weight and shorter length. Seniors and young people can also get into the sport with this barbell. Aside from its length and weight, the training bar has all the important features of a classic Olympic barbell. Most notably, the 50-millimeter diameter weight plate holder. Unlike classic Olympic barbells, the training bar should not be dropped.

Tip : Even advanced and professional athletes benefit from the advantages of the short barbell. After all, it even allows for exercises like upright rows, tricep extensions, and various curl variations.
