In the heart of Zurich, CrossFit Limmatstadt trains with one of the broadest programs in the city: CrossFit, HYROX, Weightlifting, Gymnastics, Bootcamp and Functional Training, plus Mobility and nutrition coaching. Between 200 and 250 members, 43 sessions a week, 8 coaches.

2025 brought the big step: the move to the new location on Binzstrasse. The biggest challenge wasn't the equipment, but what came before it – finding a suitable space. For the setup, we went with what's proven, together with the team around Manuela Osterwalder: turf, a 10-station rig, and equipment that carries the full schedule. The box moved in a single day, by the way – with so many members helping that on Saturday there were almost too many.

Since the fresh start, the team has also developed the offering further: memberships were split so newcomers can get started even without CrossFit experience. And the favorite pieces in the setup? The turf and the 10-station rig.

« We can simply drive to Pfäffikon when we need something. Once we ordered the wrong double for a rack – I just drove over and exchanged it. That closeness and the personal advice are what led us to choose cross equip equipment for our box. »
